Use their livechat instead (under 1 min atm) - so much faster (#2 below) - try again. Silence via their email/webtickets over the weekend is not unhead of and absolutely no one here can help you with fixing this - only them.
Doublecheck your email settings/filters, etc. Some email verifications can take some time, end up in spam/blocked, etc (in the case of a compromised account - they may never arrive).
